Location: Lewisville, TX Hybrid Duration: Long Term Contract Top Skills: Connect/Telematics experience is a must for this position JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate prioritization process Perform User Story Analysis and extracts requirements for stories Gain an in depth knowledge of the business requirements Develops and executes functional test cases. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with business customers. Works with customers in defining and proposing alternative solutions for changes and break fixes. Provides input on solution and business requirement document. Gain enough technical details of a project to participate in the estimations process. Supports implementation of process improvements, best practices, and high quality solutions. Provides system support for production issues by troubleshooting and recommending solutions. Performs organizational tasks regarding change control, incident management and audit. Works with product owner and customer to identify and document requirements that will be used to produce systems requirements documentation. Contributes to department process improvement activities. Help document and coordinate go-live activities. Participate with creating business process diagrams. QUALIFICATIONS: 3-5 years business or configuration experience in Business Analyst or Developer role Ability to stay organized. Demonstrated experience in the delivery of service and change using Agile Methodologies. Demonstrated ability to communicate both verbally and in writing within own team and business. Customer service oriented. Proven to be able to work well under pressure. Competent understanding of Business Analyst processes including requirement gathering and delivery EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIRED : Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field preferred.
