The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience creating procedure documentation such as job aids, templates, forms, flow diagrams and presentation decks. The candidate must be proficient in written communication tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. 5+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst; strong understanding of Scrum concepts and methodology .
