| Role: Business Analyst Location Wayne, PA or Des Moines, Iowa (onsite 2 days/week) Interview 2 virtual Highlights : Looking for an individual with Business Analyst/Product Owner experience with a background in APIs This individual should have one of more of the following knowledge: API development, spec design, gathering API requirements, documentation, understanding of API complexities Experience with ADO / Azure Dev Ops and Swagger is preferred Agile environment experience Financial industry experience is a plus Job Description : As a Business Analyst, you will cover additional capacity and API knowledge gap on the existing team. Description Facilitate daily/weekly meetings in the Agile (Simplify @Scale) framework with Engineering teams and business stakeholders Gather requirements and write PBIs from business on service tickets, bugs, and defects Represent the business by defining feature requirements, prioritizing the backlog, and ensuring relevant teams clearly understand what is being delivered, and why Maintain sprints and associated activities in ADO Collaborate with product owners and SMEs across the group to identify dependencies, mitigate roadblocks, and ensure the timely release of features Coordinate testing for business members related to team backlog Participate in team ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint review, sprint planning, and other Simplify@Scale heartbeat meetings.
