| Salesforce Vlocity Sr. Business Analyst Location : Newark, New Jersey ( Need only Local Candidates) Position Type: (C2H)- Should be willing to convert to FTE in 3mths. Required Qualifications: Must have 10+yrs IT , 5+ years of relevant technical and business work experience in Salesforce. Must have experience in Omnistudio & Insurance Domain. FSC certification is preferred. Experience as a Business Analyst, specifically with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.). Strong understanding of CRM principles, concepts, and standard methodologies. Admin certification is plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business needs into technical solutions. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using CRM tools or other data analysis software. Effective communication and social skills to interact with diverse senior team members. Project management experience with the ability to prioritize tasks and lead deadlines effectively. Familiarity with software development process (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
