We are Hiring MS SQL Lead, NC Role - MS SQL Server Lead Location - Charlotte, NC ONSITE JD: We are seeking a Technical Lead with a strong background in Microsoft SSIS and MSSQL Server to join our team. With 11 to 13 years of experience, the ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to enhance our data analysis capabilities, contributing to innovative solutions that drive our business forward. Roles & Responsibilities Oversee the development and implementation of data analysis projects using Microsoft SSIS and MSSQL Server. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define project requirements and objectives. Design, develop, and maintain databases and data models to ensure data accuracy and accessibility. Utilize advanced analysis techniques to extract insights from large datasets. Implement data quality control measures to maintain the integrity of data. Provide technical guidance and support to team members on data analysis and database management. Stay abreast of the latest developments in analysis technologies and methodologies. Contribute to the development of best practices for data management and analysis. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, meeting or exceeding quality standards.
