Title : Sterling OMS Architect Location : 100% Remote Duration : Long-term contract Visa : Only USC Job Description JD Summary: As a Sterling OMS( Order Management System) Architect, your primary focus lies in crafting and executing digital programs and solutions for both current and prospective clients. Leading development teams, your role extends to driving revenue growth through solutioning, estimating, and positioning offerings, ensuring client success from proposal to implementation. Building strong client relationships, particularly at the C-level, is crucial, alongside adeptly handling ambiguity and turning complexity into opportunity. You are tasked with ensuring the successful delivery of solutions, with accountability for client satisfaction and project profitability. A proven team leader with sharp critical thinking skills, you excel in managing diverse teams within demanding timelines. Urgency and effective communication are key in fostering a quality-focused, results-driven environment. The ideal candidate embodies digital thought leadership and industry expertise, with a profound understanding of digital channels, omni-channel strategies, and integrated backend systems. Your technical prowess spans various enabling technologies, including Front-end Web Technologies, Digital Strategy, eCommerce systems, Middleware Technologies, and Data Management. Required Professional and Technical Expertise: Minimum 8 years of experience in digital, omni-channel, custom development, and system integration technologies. Minimum 6 years of experience in development and architecture roles. Minimum 4 years of experience in proposal and business case development. Minimum 8 years of experience in product development and engineering. Minimum 6 years of Industry Domain knowledge in one or two vertical industries, with a preference for Retail and Consumer Products. Subject Matter Expert in Sterling OMS, possessing a deep understanding of its architecture, including database modeling, integration, agent architecture, protocols, etc. Proficiency in Sterling OMS functionalities such as DOM, GIV, IV, Participant modeling, Payment Processing, Process Modeling, UI Customization, Reverse Logistics, Extensions, and Customization capabilities, along with knowledge of System components, APIs, and related Interfaces. Experience in leading blueprint and assessments. Expertise in integrating Sterling OMS with external systems.
