This position plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient functioning of the data center and maintaining the integrity, availability of data and systems and strategically work with client on optimizing the physical Data Center footprint. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Proven experience in a leadership role within a data center or IT operations. Strong knowledge of data center operations, including server administration, network management, and storage technologies. Proficient in using data center management tools and monitoring systems. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce. Knowledge of data center security protocols and best practices. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and GDPR. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
