Role : Network Lead Location : Johnston, Iowa (onsite) Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled Onsite Lead with expertise in a range of network infrastructure technologies, including ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure), DNAC (Cisco DNA Center), Routing and Switching, Cisco Wireless, Cisco ISE (Identity Services Engine), F5 (BIG-IP), and Cisco Nexus 9k. As the Onsite Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure solutions within our organization. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Cisco certifications such as CCNP or CCIE are preferred. Extensive experience (5+ years) in network engineering and administration, with expertise in ACI, DNAC, Routing and Switching, Cisco Wireless, Cisco ISE, F5, and Cisco Nexus 9k. Strong understanding of networking protocols, technologies, and architectures. Hands-on experience with network design, implementation, and troubleshooting in enterprise environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proven leadership abilities with the capacity to mentor and develop team members. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
