Risk team: primarily for Credit, Interest, Liability & Liquidity risk functions and Asset liability matching Middle Office: Investment Operation processes for post trade life cycle activity such as Maintaining Security Master, Portfolio and Entity master reference data, Process Corp Actions, Trade Confirmation & Clearance , Settlement processing , process periodic remittances until maturity Back Office: Treasury Operations for Internal/External wire payments, Cash flow projections Required Technical Qualifications and Experience: * 4-5 years of recent experience in Microsoft Biztalk ,specifically for SWIFT integration is a must. * 1-2 years of recent experience in processing Securities markets Swift events such as Deliver vs Payment, Receive vs Payment, Corp Actions ,namely MT5xxx messages. (especially MT535-548 ) * Candidate should be familiar with at least few SWIFTNet technology components such as Swift Integration layer, Alliance Cloud , Swift Translator * Detailed knowledge of Corp Actions events would be an added plus. * Expert level knowledge in SWIFTNet message format standards such as Fin/FileAct ( MTxxx messages ) ,experience in Interact (MX messages) would be an added plus. * Python and/or Java coding experience specifically around Info Security around REST API would an added plus. * Prior knowledge of Mendix low code platform is not required. However, candidate should be eager to learn. Business system Front End and Back-end server components are built on Mendix low-code platform as containers and hosted on Mendix cloud with integration to various other internal and external systems including firms enterprise data warehouse Redshift database for archived historical data. For compute heavy workloads team uses distributed cloud computing grid using python. RESPONSIBILITIES: * As a part of Swift Modernization effort, primary responsibility of the candidate would be to drive SwiftNet integration with Custodian banks in strategic direction. This involves elimination of legacy Microsoft Biztalk & Swift Integration Layer and migrating to direct integration of Business systems with managed Swift Alliance Cloud using Swift Translator Mapping tool. * In addition to primary development project, candidate will also work closely with production support team to drive MS Biztalk platform upgrade, address vulnerabilities patch installations , Change management release procedures involving merge, build and deploy operations. * Candidate will also have opportunity to solve Business problems working closely with Investment business users by making incremental improvements in Web services Apps built using Mendix low code platform, Python, & SQL , Java, React Javascript/Typescript, UI/UX on AWS platform. The role will follow modern SDLC principles, test driven development and source code reviews and change control standards to maintain compliance with policies. This role requires a highly motivated individual with strong technical ability, excellent communication and collaboration skills including the ability to develop and troubleshoot a diverse range of problems and influence stakeholders to get consensus on key decisions to ensure project deliveries are made under tight deadlines. Not Required: * Prior knowledge of Mendix low code platform or any experience is not required. What knowledge, skills and experience we need Degree: Bachelors degree required Professional Experience: At least 4 years of experience in Financial services. Client Service: Proven ability to build global relationships and communicate complex issues to a wide array of stakeholders with differing levels of product experience. Communication: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage professionally and persuasively with stakeholders and senior figures within the firm.
