Requirement: 5+ years of experince with Cyberark MUST have experience with Guardium PLEASE send how many months you do need you have the candidates in c2c before being hire by the client. Remote unless the candidate is in NY,CT o ME , they are going hybrid in those areas. Scope of Work Responsible for providing L2 support for CyberArk Privileged Access Management and IBM Guardium Data Protection. Supports other IT functions which may include vendor management and coordination, ticket resolution and troubleshooting, and production issues resolution. Ensures IT procedures and policies are followed to meet Service Level Agreements. MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Scope of work - range of responsibilities): 1. Provides support for CyberArk Privileged Access Management, including but not limited to: Resolving user access issues; troubleshooting account failures; responding to configuration issues that may arise (ex: issues with data backup or archive, storage capacity, high disk usage, scheduled job failures, etc.); availability monitoring/response; patch management. 2. Provides support for IBM Guardium Data Protection, including but not limited to: Managing Guardium installations/uninstallations on database servers; responding to configuration issues that may arise (ex: issues with data backup or archive, storage capacity, high disk usage, scheduled job failures, etc.); availability monitoring/response; patch management. 3. Monitors CyberArk and Guardium servers for performance and availability. Makes recommendations when necessary to meet the expected demands, increase efficiency and reduce obsolescence. 4. Installs/maintains third party software packages as required (i.e. system upgrades). 5. Creates and maintains up-to-date admin documentation for troubleshooting and support processes. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education & Experience Required: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field. Experience required with at least one of CyberArk Privileged Access Management or IBM Guardium Data Protection, experience with both highly desired. Knowledge of all aspects of system administration (i.e. installation, configuration, networking, use management, 3rd party software license management, etc.). Experience with a variety of operating systems and database platforms. Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to respond to 24/7 support. Ability to develop and maintain vendor relationships.
