Education, Work Experience, & Knowledge Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 7 years of experience advocating for users at an organizational level with P&C Insurance preferred/Insurance Domain Required. 5 years of Product Design experience required. 2 years of experience collaborating with cross fuctional teams preferred. Experience working with UX Research/Human Centered Design/ Design Thinking, and/or Agile teams preferred.
