This role involves close collaboration with the Division Chief and the Solutions Manager, as well as coordinating efforts across various development groups. You will employ EBR-DC's proven testing methodologies to establish and uphold standards aligning with industry best practices. Familiarity with the following software is necessary: 1. Team Foundation Server 2. Microsoft Test Manager 3. Soap UI- Ready API 4. Load UI/Load testing skills 5. SQL Server 6. LDAP 7. Microsoft SQL Reporting Services Required Skills and Experience: Experience in Application Development Testing: Minimum of 10 years required. Creating Test Scripts and Use Case Scenarios for User Acceptance: Minimum of 10 years required. Proficiency with Microsoft Test Manager Suite or Similar Tools: Minimum of 7 years required. Developing Training and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Minimum of 7 years required. Facilitating Collaboration Across Executive, Business, and Technical Resources: Minimum of 7 years required. Testing Efforts Coordination (Test Plan, Test Scenarios for SIT and UAT, Organizing Users for Effective Tests): Minimum of 7 years required. Experience on State Government Projects/Assignments: Highly desired. Educational and Methodological Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Related Business Field, or Equivalent Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience required. Experience with Agile Methodology: Minimum of 7 years required. Role Responsibilities: Lead the quality assurance strategy, including the management of all testing and quality control tasks. Maintain the testing schedule and manage inventory of testing environments. Coordinate functional, integration, regression, load/performance, and user acceptance testing within the SURE Test environment. Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases, data scripts, and diagrams. Monitor and report on the progress of testing activities. Establish and implement quality assurance protocols and standards in support of application development. Execute and automate tests, including developing complex test scripts as needed. Facilitate user acceptance testing and ensure ongoing availability of test environments. Provide detailed reports on test results and ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks. Communicate task statuses and project updates effectively within the team and to management. Actively participate in and be prepared for all project and team meetings. Mentor and provide training to team members, ensuring knowledge transfer and staff development. Candidate Qualities: Strong technical and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
