Coding experience in LIMS Basic and experience on subroutines a key need Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have** (Ideally should not be more than 3-5) 1. Strong Concepts of LIMS - Lab Ware (VS / V6 / V7) 2. Detailed knowledge on Labware LIMS Architecture, Labware Database Structures, SAP Crystal Reports, Oracle - PL/SQL 3. Hands on Experience in LIMS application development - Interfacing, Upgrade and validation 4. Experience in Labware Modules like LIMS Stability, EM, Inventory, Storage Location Management, Instrument Interfaces, Lot, Sample Management for Clinical Trial & Manufacturing Domain Good-to-Have 1. Hands on experience on requirement gathering and configuration/development of Laboratory Information Management System(LIMS) e.g. LabWare (preferably V5-V6-V7 expertise) 2. Experience in Labware Modules like LIMS Stability, EM, Inventory, Storage Location Management, Instrument Interfaces, Lot, Sample Management for Clinical Trial & Manufacturing Domain 3. Ability to Solve all Technical Issues in Labware LIMS, including Interfaces to ERP, Label Printing Software, MDM and all modules 4. Carried out relevant support activities like ensuring 24X7 application availability, Process Improvement & Automation, Impact analysis and replication of application issues et. al. 5. Have hands on experience in SDLC and Agile model delivery & in ITIL and ITSM process integrations. 6. Knowledge of Pharma domain. 7. Conduct GxP Analysis, Gap/Risk Assessment 8. Experience with risk based approaches for IT Application development. 9. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work in an unstructured environment. 10. Excellent oral and written communication skills 11. Labware Certification. 12. Labware Devtrack access 13. Proven ability to lead and manage a team of more than 10 consultants 14. Knowledge of any scripting language is desirable 15.
