| From: Sai Kumar M, Comtech Global Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Direct client - Project manager with MS 365 , Jefferson City, MO Job details: The Contractor shall provide a dedicated project manager, with at least 4 years of experience managing large information system enhancement or replacement projects. The State prefers a project manager with at least 2 years of experience migrating content/data into M365 and M365 implementation experience for equivalent size organizations. The State prefers project management staff with a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute. The project manager should have been involved in a similar assessment as required in the PAQ within the last three (3) years. Experience with M365 assessments and content migration to include SharePoint on-premise to SharePoint Online migrations, file share to OneDrive migrations and file share to Teams migrations is required of working team members. The Contractor staff in this job classification shall be tasked with: i. Full project management of the M365 assessment/gap analysis including planning, tracking, managing, collaborating and coordinating execution with the State Project Manager and technical teams; ii. Leading project meetings; iii. Managing project schedules; iv. Managing project scope changes through the States change control process; v. Identification, communication and management of project risks and issues; vi. Assessing and analyzing project health vii. Preparing project status reports; viii. Other duties as outlined in this PAQ or as necessary to meet the goals and objectives established in this PAQ.
