Department: IT & Operations Experience: 5+ years in relevant technical and project management roles Key Responsibilities: Lead the deployment, configuration, integration, operations, and maintenance of HCL BigFix or similar endpoint management solutions. Manage end-to-end project plans and ensure timely delivery of all BigFix related initiatives. Act as a liaison with HCL AVP Engineer Effective communication & collaboration with HCL AVP Engineer and the IRS Management team Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of BigFix Agents to Tier III. Oversee the configuration and enhancement of HCL BigFix Lifecycle, Inventory, Insights, and Compliance modules. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management and stakeholders. Monitor and ensure optimization of the overall HCL BigFix infrastructure, including BigFix Lifecycle in liaison with HCL AVP Engineer. Resolve project issues and barriers, ensuring the solution aligns with organizational objectives. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or a related field. PMP preferred certification (SCRUM acceptable) 3-5 years experience with large scale projects Experience with HCL BigFix or similar endpoint management solutions. Proven track record in managing technical projects. Strong technical acumen and ability to interface with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
