Role: Sr Business Analyst /Scrum Master Rate: $45/hr on C2C Backfill role - Sr Business Analyst /Scrum Master with automobile industry experience API experience Experienced in large scale projects. Excellent communication Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements for data integration projects. Conduct thorough business process analysis, identify gaps, and propose effective solutions to meet data integration goals and objectives. Define and document user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria, ensuring clear and concise communication among team members. Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-up meetings, guiding the development team in adopting Agile methodologies and best practices. Serve as the Scrum Master, ensuring adherence to Agile principles, managing project timelines, and removing obstacles to ensure successful project execution. Work closely with technical teams, including data engineers and developers, to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure accurate implementation. Perform data analysis and validation to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compatibility across different systems and components. Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to data integration projects, proactively proposing appropriate solutions and adjustments as needed. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate with stakeholders to validate and sign off on data integration deliverables. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and other project stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. Preferred Skills: Bachelors degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven work experience as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master, preferably in data integration projects. Strong understanding of data integration concepts, API frameworks, and data governance principles. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience in leading Agile teams and driving project success. Proficiency in eliciting and documenting business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Experience in facilitating project meetings, sprint planning, and backlog grooming sessions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
