The individual in this role will use their experience and understanding of the Infor VISUAL platform to partner with the business to ensure processes and systems are built and maintained to ensure maximum efficiency. Requirements We are searching for a candidate with: A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting an ERP platform as a Business Analyst or Subject Matter Expert (SME) Advanced knowledge of and experience with Infor VISUAL ERP is highly preferred. Manufacturing operations business acumen to provide user support from estimate to shipment: o Sales order management o Inventory management o Work order usage and management o MRP and Production Scheduling o Supply chain/procurement processes o Pick, pack, and shipping o RMA (return material authorization) process Report development utilizing Crystal reports Experience training end users and troubleshooting end user issues. Duties and Responsibilities A typical day may include: Provide user level support for Infor Visual ERP and supporting applications. Update and manage ERP forms. Prepare SAP Crystal Reports and distribute through ERP. Manage ERP systems access and security. Provide training and direction to users in the use of Visual ERP.
