Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and develop solutions aligned with business goals. Assist and support Business users. Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support for Documentum on AWS. Gather and analyze functional requirements. Write technical documentation. Build the current and future systems (prototyping, new functionalities, and maintenance tasks) Required: Define Documentum repository structure and Object types. Ability to Influence including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions Experience identifying measures, or indicators of system performance, and the actions needed to improve or correct performance to achieve desired outcomes Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal Determining causes of operating errors and taking corrective action Experienced with providing support for existing production applications, troubleshooting, resolving problems. Strong interpersonal & communication skills and proven independent & teamwork capabilities. Experienced with agile methodology of development.
