Role : Cloud Systems Administrator for SaaS applications including SAP, Coupa, Workday, Siemens Teamcenter

Location: 

San Jose, CA

Cloud Administrator to manage and oversee our comprehensive suite of SaaS applications, including SAP SaaS, Coupa, Workday among others. This role is pivotal in ensuring the optimal performance, security, and compliance of our cloud-based applications. The Cloud Administrator will be responsible for monitoring system performance, managing user access, implementing security measures, and coordinating with vendors to resolve any issues.

Key Responsibilities:

System Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our SaaS applications to ensure their availability, performance, and security.

User Access Control: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls to ensure secure and efficient access to cloud services.

Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security policies and procedures, conduct regular security audits, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance metrics, identify bottlenecks or issues, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency.

Vendor Coordination: Liaise with SaaS providers to resolve any issues, negotiate service agreements, and stay updated on new features and updates.

Instance refresh: Coordinate with SaaS vendors to clone non production environments.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of systems configurations, processes, and service records. Provide regular reports on system status, incidents, and usage metrics.

Role : Supply Chain & PLM & Direct Procurement Techno-Functional Business System Analyst

Location: 

San Jose, CA

Supply Chain Techno-Functional Business System Analyst who brings a deep understanding of SAP and Siemens Teamcenter to drive the integration and optimization of our supply chain processes and technology platforms. This role is pivotal in leveraging technology to enhance our supply chain efficiency, from product conception through to disposal, aligning closely with Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) principles.

  Proven experience in a supply chain or business system analyst role, with strong techno-functional expertise in SAP and Siemens Teamcenter.

  Solid understanding of supply chain processes, Product Life Cycle Management (PLM), Direct Procurement and how they integrate with SAP and Siemens Teamcenter.

Key Responsibilities:

  Business Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders to understand their challenges and requirements. Analyze business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities.

  Solution Design: Design and propose technological solutions that address the identified business needs, improving process efficiency and data accuracy.

  System Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation of supply chain management systems, including configuring software to meet business requirements and integrating it with existing systems.

Testing and Deployment: Coordinate the testing of new systems and features, ensuring they meet business needs without disrupting operations. Manage the deployment of solutions across the supply chain network.

  Training and Support: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for users on new systems and features. Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot any issues that arise. 

Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of implemented solutions, identifying and addressing any issues or areas for improvement.

  Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between supply chain operations and IT, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives and timelines.

  Lead the change management process for the supply chain team, providing training and support for users transitioning to the new system.

Role : ERP Transformation Lead 

Location: 

San Jose, CA

ERP Transformation Lead, a role crucial for ensuring successful system integration, effective data migration, and the adoption of industry best practices. Collaborating with our system integrator, the ERP Transformation Lead will be instrumental in navigating the complexities of this integration while driving a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.

 Key Responsibilities:

  Design and implement strategies for the migration of data from legacy systems, focusing on preserving data integrity and minimizing business disruption.

  Advocate Best Practices: Champion the implementation of industry best practices in all phases of the ERP implementation, ensuring state-of-the-art processes and systems.

  Establish strong collaborations with key internal stakeholders ( Business, Corp Eng, and the internal Engineering team) and external partners, aligning ERP implementation efforts with overarching business objectives.

  Facilitate comprehensive knowledge transfer to the new AMS vendor and the internal engineering team, ensuring long-term sustainability and capability building.

Reviewing and facilitating GFibers sign-off from both business and technology perspectives for Business Process, Architecture, and Master Data Management.

  Reviewing go-live readiness and cut-over plan.

  Strategic Roadmapping: Develop a visionary ERP roadmap that anticipates future organizational needs, encourages continual innovation, and ensures system adaptability.

  Ensure changes adhere to relevant regulations and internal Control policies

  Define processes and approvals ensure changes are tested and deployed safely

  Define the process to periodically review and audit financial systems for integrity and compliance in coordination with the Internal Control team
