| Senior Scrum Master Hybrid in Houston, TX ( Local DL/ID required) 1 Year No H1B and TN Video Needs to have experience with AWS migration project. Migrating on premises applications to AWS Cloud. Top 5 Skill sets 1. Tool: Jira expert level proficiency. Should be able to lead others and coach with regard to this tool. 2. Self-starter, proactive individual who has extensive experience with Agile delivery and is ready to coach others who are new to Agile. 3. Understands key delivery metrics and how to present them, has run effective sprint cadences, including all agile ceremonies ( planning, standups, retrospectives etc.) for multiple simultaneous projects. 4. Had experience communicating with leaders and executives effectively, presenting metrics and portfolio work. 5. Scrum master certifications and Agile project management certifications appreciated. EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience required CERTIFICATION CSM/CSPO Certification or PMI-ACP preferred KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED Scrum Practices Proficient with common Agile practices Proven ability in building effective partnership with diverse groups in multiple locations/environments Aptitude for learning and using technology for both teaching and action research Able to garner respect throughout the organization at all levels Thought Leader - Challenge status quo and grow every day.
