Quadient Inspire designer (Previously called GMC) Quadient Interactive Message Point Adobe Creative Suite Client Interview Needed for Selection (Yes / No) Yes Detailed JD - Design, develop, maintain complex transactional document templates using Quadient Inspire. - Implement multi-channel communication workflows, including email, SMS, and print outputs. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that the designs meet business needs and customer experience standards. - Optimize and enhance existing communication processes with innovative features available in Quadient Inspire. - Conduct testing and quality assurance of designed solutions to ensure reliability and performance. - Provide training and support to other team members on using Quadient Inspire tools. - Stay updated with the latest updates and features in Quadient Inspire and other customer communication management technologies. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience with Quadient Inspire software, including Inspire Designer and Interactive. - Strong understanding of document design, composition, data management, and output management. - Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript or Python is a plus. - Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. CCM Software and Tools: Understanding and experience of the software solutions used for customer communication management such as Quadient Inspire designer, Quadient Interactive, Message Point , Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools that facilitate omnichannel communication (email, SMS, social media, etc.). Technology Integration: Skills in integrating CCM systems with other enterprise tools like CRM systems, ERP, and analytics platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality. Data Analytics: Ability to leverage data analytics to understand customer behaviors and preferences to tailor communications effectively. Familiarity with tools that analyze customer engagement across different platforms. Innovation and Adaptability: Keeping up with emerging technologies and trends in communication, SAAS, PAAS, DocuSign, SSO etc Project Management/Scrum: Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. This includes skills in project planning, risk management, resource allocation, timeline management, and budgeting. Business Acumen: Understanding the business impacts of communication strategies and the ability to align projects with broader business goals. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with stakeholders, vendors, and team members.
