Technical Product Analyst- Adobe Sign San Jose, CA Partner with Customer Zero Product Manager and Product Analyst to provide day-to-day tactical objectives Provide insights and contribute to the teams strategic direction. Help expand Customer Zero use cases to ensure alignment with Product, Sales and Engineering Address internal customer tickets and issues using ServiceNow and knowledge of Acrobat Sign and Acrobat Services, looping in supporting teams where needed. Build and test out solutions as part of POCs using technical skills with APIs, JSON, HTML, JavaScript, etc Compile findings and feedback on POCs and relay to internal teams in a professional manner Assist with key internal customer meetings Provide subject matter expertise and act as an internal consultant/evangelist Partner with and knowledge share across our internal customers and partners Experience with Acrobat Sign and Acrobat Services: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with Acrobat Sign and Acrobat Services, including understanding features, capabilities, and document workflows. Technical Experience with APIs, JSON, HTML, and JavaScript: Hands-on experience with these technologies is essential for building and testing solutions as part of Proof of Concepts (POCs) and integrating workflows.
