Be responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. Learn to understand business and customer requirements that drive the analysis and design of technical solutions. Expertise You'll Bring: Key Responsibilities: OIM hands-on lead (8 to 12 years). Develop solutions within the Oracle IAM suite. Design programs, code, test, debug, and document. Understand business and customer requirements for technical solution design. Technical Experience: 8 to 12 years or more experience with Oracle Identity Manager Implementation. Expertise in approval workflows, including multi-step workflows. Proficiency in developing custom event handlers. Experience supporting integrations across multiple application environments. Strong experience with customization or development within OIM. Hands-on development, customization, and solution experience on OIM.
