Must have knowledge of co-ordination between among different teams like Development, QA, etc. between global locations Must be able to give Training to Business Users on functionality being rolled out through proper training materials (videos, ppts etc) to be prepared by BA self Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable in leasing with stakeholders independently Ability to establish priorities, work independently and lead development of CRM solution Must have Agile implementation experience Must be able to document User stories in JIRA tool Must validate every US in SIT for functionality confirmation. Should be able to help in project planning Must meet the deliverable timelines Must have knowledge on documenting SRS. There should not be any single miss in requirement capturing & documentation in SRS There should not be any escalation wrt to SRS and other deliverables from clients end Must be available in critical times to hand hold the team as and when needed List of deliverables - SRS, Training material, US documentation in JIRA and completing US life cycle, detailed discovery plan.
