Job: Helpdesk Service Delivery Associate

Location: Northwest Houston right outside of the 610 loop

Face to face Interview

USC GC Only

Max Rate is 40$

Onsite Role.

Term:  8 Month Contract to Hire

Biggest Must Have : Bilingual * (English/Spanish)

Low Tier 3 experience category Helpdesk , Hands on and Remote

If they have experience with license managing (plan grid and build, Autodesk cloud , bluebeam is the construction competitor to Adobe acrobat) or with a takeoff program,
when you actually dissect a construction drawing into walls, windows etc. thats a big plus

200 between the four buildings, and remote deskside and remote support

Laptop troubleshooting, to Microsoft troubleshooting IOS/IPad no android

Mobile device management experience , doesnt matter which one but needs mobile device management platform done any moderate projects

Leading last mile type of projects, initiative they need to roll out they someone would help drive the role out system upgrades/ software deployment

One of the things they are doing right now, continual end of life iphone iphone 8 hit end of life, so they are going through that and replacing those

How big is the team 4th person, half the team is bilingual Lead, 3 other individuals, very collaborative

Tier 1 Tier 3 simple as replacing a keyboard, to troubleshooting a hardcore Microsoft outlook problem. There is a team above that can

Systems and networking team on infra side if higher tier request

Everyone is in Houston contract to hire role during contract role, 5 days onsite, once they convert 1-2 days onsite (converts 90%)

Opportunity to expand deeper into technology slowly getting further into Azure, will need to support it further more technology as a support team *

Confirm Candidate is OK with onsite 5 days a week for contract duration

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Deliver world-class customer service and a positive support experience to office and field personnel

Provide support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices

Image and deploy computers and laptops

Troubleshoot typical office environment desktop applications (Office 365, web browsers, printing, scanning, email)

Familiar with the support, configuration, troubleshooting and management (via MDM) of mobile devices

Manage moderate projects, such as system migrations or MDM deployments

Create and update technical documentation as required

Team-oriented and able to operate with minimal supervision

Proven analytical and problem-solving skills

Occasional travel to branch office locations may be required

All other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

Education:

Associate degree or equivalent experience

Other IT certifications preferred

Experience:

Five years of experience in a customer facing, IT support role working with computers and troubleshooting user issues

Windows 10 support and troubleshooting

Installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting the Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications

Knowledge of Construction Applications (AutoDesk, BlueBeam, etc.) a plus

Skills:

Superior written and verbal communication skills to employees at all levels

Experience in a rapid-paced, time-sensitive, high-quality environment

Excellent technical writing, presentation, and documentation skills

Must have excellent team and collaboration skills

Attention to detail and follow-through

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Familiarity with ITIL best practices

Bilingual (English/Spanish) mandatory

Working Conditions

Able to work a varied schedule to complete projects and meet deadlines in response to changing demands.

Able to work overtime (scheduled and/or unscheduled, nights and/or weekends) as needed or required to meet established deadlines.

Able to work in fast paced environment with high daily pressure to meet deadlines.

Able to perform work indoors in an office environment, regardless of whether cubicle, open office, or private office
