Note : Need 2 best candidates with visa,dl and LinkedIn {EXPERIENCE in Fleetwave is mandatory) Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with Fleet and Safety stakeholders to understand, gather, and document requirements for Fleet and Safety related projects and initiatives. Analyze Fleet processes, workflows, and data to identify areas of improvement or optimization within Fleet and Maintenance systems using Lean Six Sigma or other process management techniques. Translate Fleet requirements into functional specifications and configurations and enhancements of Fleet and Maintenance systems. Liaise between Fleet, Operations, vendor partners and IT development teams, ensuring that Fleet systems integrations and configurations meet business needs. Execute the unit testing and oversee the business testing of Fleet solutions, ensuring that implementations align with business requirements. Execute and partner with deployment specialists to provide support and training to Fleet users on Fleet technology functionalities, helping them make the most of the system. Monitor Fleet metrics and analytics within Fleet systems, offering insights and recommendations for data-driven decision-making. Manage enhancement timelines and partner with PMO on project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met within stipulated timeframes. Stay updated on Fleet system updates, features, trends, and best practices to ensure optimal use of the system. TECHNICAL SKILLS Experience in FleetWave configurations, modules, and report creation. Understanding of data integration methods and best practices for FleetWave. Familiarity with FleetWave system architectures and the interplay of different FleetWave and other Fleet system modules. Knowledge of data analysis and techniques specific to FleetWave metrics and KPIs. Ability to design and document Fleet workflows, processes, and data flow diagrams using Lean Six Sigma or other business process management methods. Strong grasp of data privacy and compliance standards relevant to Fleet data. Experience with FleetWave updates, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions. Understanding of software development lifecycles Agile, Scrum & Kanban. Knowledge of tools or methodologies for requirement gathering, like Jira, Confluence, Draw. SOFT SKILLS Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements. Ability to quickly troubleshoot problems that may arise in work products. Ability to partner with software engineers and quality analysts to identify course of resolutions. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent prioritization skills.
