| Role: ServiceNow Developer Remote - NY Duration: 6 Months Must have LinkedIn Profile Visa: NO H1B/OPT Must Have: 7+ Years as ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Salesforce CPQ Integration Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on integrating Salesforce CPQ functionalities. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for ServiceNow and Salesforce CPQ integration. Design and configure ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Release Management and Service Catalog, to meet business needs. Develop custom applications, workflows, and scripts in ServiceNow to automate business processes and enhance user experience. Integrate ServiceNow with Salesforce CPQ using APIs, web services, and middleware solutions. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and test plans. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of developed solutions. Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow and Salesforce CPQ features, best practices, and industry trends. Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and effectiveness.
