This intermediate-level position is ideal for a professional looking to further their expertise in ArcGIS Enterprise solutions and contribute to the development and management of GIS applications within our department. Application Development Analyst Job Details: The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting with the GIS System of Engagement (SoE), supporting the development and deployment of cloud solutions, and ensuring the integration of systems for optimal resource utilization. Responsibilities include maintaining and upgrading AASHTOWare systems, supporting the Application Services Team in optimizing processes and applications, and providing technical GIS support to various departments. The role also involves working closely with internal and external customers to gather business requirements, develop deliverables, and perform database and data analysis to facilitate effective information sharing and technology adoption. Application Development Analyst Mandatory Skills: - Proficient in ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Portal, and ArcGIS Online with a minimum of 5 years of experience in each. - Strong experience in SQL Server and Geodatabase management. - Knowledgeable in ArcGIS for Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, and their extensions with at least 5 years of experience. - Experienced in developing and maintaining documentation, including metadata. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing cloud solutions or web-based ArcGIS APIs (ESRI JavaScript API, ArcGIS REST API, Portal API). Application Development Analyst Desired Skills: - Experience with programming and development environments such as Mongo, Express, React, Node JS (MERN), .Net Core, Entity Framework, and Angular is highly desirable. - Ability to install, configure, and manage Esri software suite. - Experience in SDE Geodatabase design and management. - Capable of troubleshooting web application issues and providing effective solutions.
