Must have hands on Saviynt exp experience configuration and provisioning 2. Looking for a self starter- minimal supervision 3. Plus skill/ Nice to have: 1. Windows/Linux 2. SQL queries 3. Security 4. VMware 5. Support- HP equipment's/ HW/SW OUR BACKFILL - o seeking Administrator who has worked on backend o involved in configuration and integration for provisioning using IAM tool SAviant, for access and governance that ties into AD ,Microsoft 365 online SharePoint and other systems o Need to have experience with built in customizations for the backend as to tuning and configuration. o If they have ITIL experience or certifications a big plus o Need someone that can hit the ground running as he needs o Need good execution, ask questions. o Need someone who can look for suggestions, better processes , best practices and he does not engage o He is over his head they feel. o Show up for meetings o He needs someone already operationalengaging with team and opportunities Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's or technical degree in related field or equivalent experience 3+ years experience in Infrastructure administration as it relates to the hardware and software components that align to technologies supported at Southern Glazers Excellent verbal / written communication skills Expertise to analyze and solve problems, think outside of the box, and grasp technical concepts Strong ability to combine information or data to find relationships among seemingly unrelated events Self-starter / motivated Delivers results Changed agent Strong attention to detail Ability to diagnose when a system or environment has a problem, issue or fault and resolve Ability to create, read, analyze, and interpret technical diagrams and written procedures Strong team player who can work across multiple functions Familiarity with ITIL concepts Preferred Qualifications Possess industry certification(s) ITIL Foundation certified Duties and Responsibilities 3+ years experience Stay current on supported technologies through various training opportunities Identify opportunities to enhance processes, procedures and policies relating to administrative function Participate in on call rotation Provide accurate and timely updates to work Improve the service offered to our business partners Proactively work on continuous improvement by identifying cost reductions and productivity improvements Create measures for successful execution, including policies, processes, procedures, and controls Implement, enforce, and improve policies, processes, procedures, and controls Maintain system landscape documentation Ensure effective administration of, and compliance with, all internal processes, procedures, and controls Communicate effectively up and down the organizational hierarchy Implement continuous improvement measures and initiatives Monitor and work on issues Research, evaluate and recommend applications Monitors, troubleshoots, and maintains systems / hardware / software and uses remote monitoring tools Monitors usage of shared resources, and works with appropriate engineers to resolve issues related to malfunctions Coach others Analyze project requirements and accordingly provide technical and functional recommendations Apply and maintain Opentext maintenance support levels and fixes using a structured methodology Implement and maintain the Opentext systems that comprise the Opentext landscape (development, test, production) Configure and manage the Opentext WORM environment and retention periods in line with our corporate data retention period guidelines Maintain and enhance enterprise storage and backup environments that are on-premises and in the cloud by identifying technology / process improvements Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve storage and backup related incidents either hardware or software related Maintain knowledge of vendor technology and solutions Professional level understanding of a wide variety of systems and how they interact as to provide a complete service to the customers that meet business requirements Provide support of enterprise backup solutions, disaster recovery and high availability Keywords: active directory information technology hewlett packard Florida Texas IAM Saviynt Developer || Miramar, FL or DALLAS, TX hybrid || [email protected] |
