If interested, please share your resume at [email protected] or call me at 732-452-1006 Ext 618 JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description: D365 Engineer with Snaplogic Location: San Jose, CA Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineer to join our team in Sunnyvale, CA. You will be responsible for building web services, creating integrations between applications, and developing business-critical solutions. You will work collaboratively within an Agile-Scrum team to deliver features consistently, maintaining ownership throughout the development lifecycle. Responsibilities: Build web services and create integrations between applications using Snaplogic, Splunk, JSON, and HTML, leveraging RESTful design principles. Develop business-critical solutions using both client-side and server-side technologies. Work as part of an Agile-Scrum team to deliver business-relevant features on time, taking full ownership of your assigned tasks. Research and propose technologies that can accelerate the development of our technology stack. Integrate open-source packages and internally built components into our stack. Write unit test code to ensure code quality. Participate actively in regular design, code, and test reviews. Deploy developed services and conduct thorough testing. Collaborate effectively with engineers, product managers, and security teams. Investigate bug reports filed by partners and provide timely resolutions. Communicate clearly and concisely with management about features, risks, benefits, and progress. Document designs and estimate schedules for assigned features. Experience: 8-10 years of experience in software development or IT. Essential Skills: 7+ years of experience using structured, disciplined approaches to solve technical, data, and logical problems at enterprise scale. Proven experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying data integrations. Experience with client-side technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and AngularJS. Strong Java coding skills. Focus on Quality (Unit Tests, Integration tests, Code Coverage) with experience in e2e testing tools. Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases. Strong knowledge of infrastructure and application security. Experience with API and Web Services (REST/SOAP/Bulk). Experience with a DevOps culture. Working knowledge of continuous integration systems. Strong RDMBS experience and JMS knowledge. Hands-on experience and expertise in Advanced SQL, AWS, other data engineering tools, SnapLogic, and other open-source tools. Background in web services and systems integrations using HTTP and RESTful design principles. Solid understanding of software development models, web technologies, database concepts, and modern service-oriented architectures. Understanding of version control systems like GitHub. Understanding of build tools like Jenkins, Maven, and ANT. Preferred: 2+ years of experience with the Agile methodology. Preferred: 2+ years of experience with story/sprint tracking tools such as JIRA or equivalent. Preferred: 1+ years of experience supporting marketing automation or lead generation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex problems and solutions. Strong understanding of integrations between hosted services and on-premise enterprise applications (a plus). Strong understanding of API integration and lead management within Marketo (a plus). Experience in Databricks workspace, notebooks, Job clusters, Delta Lake, Databricks Lakehouse, and Unity Catalog. Experience designing and developing data pipelines and ETL/ELT jobs to ingest and process data in a data lake. Databricks certification (a plus). Additional Information: Travel may be required.
