5+ years of experience with the contact center solutions.

Expertise in Genesys Cloud solutions: Genesys Cloud Architect, IVR call flows, Routing.

Hands-on with Genesys Cloud Scripting and JavaScript.

Experience with applications leveraging APIs, JSON or JavaScript in web applications.

Queue & Call tree Management.

Good to Have:

Genesys Cloud Professional certification.

Knowledge or hands-on experience with Google Dialogue Flow.
