The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with authentication standards, multi-factor authentication, information security, network management, operating systems, software development, and database systems. The candidate should also possess expertise in identity and access management best practices and procedures, as well as proficiency in identity and access management technologies such as single sign-on (SSO), two-factor authentication, and privileged access management. Technical Skills and Experience: Comprehensive knowledge and experience with authentication standards and technologies such as multi-factor authentication. In-depth understanding of information security, network management, operating systems, software development, database systems, and information technology. Extensive hands-on knowledge of identity and access management best practices and procedures. Extensive knowledge and experience with identity and access management technology, such as single sign-on (SSO), two-factor authentication, privileged access management, etc. Experience with programming languages including Java, JavaScript, and React. Behavioral Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Project management and organizational skills are required to determine the Business Unit's goals, resources needed to assess and execute large complex projects. Qualifications: Hands-on knowledge of identity and access management software solutions such as CyberArk, ForgeRock, Okta, Ping Identity, etc. 7-10 years of relevant security experience. Experience with programming languages including Java, JavaScript, and React is required. Hands-on knowledge of identity and access management software solutions such as CyberArk, ForgeRock, Okta, Ping Identity, etc. is highly preferred.
