| Hello, Hope your doing well, Job Posting Title: Lead Requirements Analyst (ServiceNow) Location : Remote Client :CAREFIRST Duration : 12-month C2H role. USC and GC only Job Description: 100% remote so must be in the preferred state. Looking for overall 8+ YOE. At least 2 years of SN. Exp creating user stories, mockups, etc.. Looking for someone who can help with business requirements and advancing the ServiceNow application. Needs some good exp working with multiple ServiceNow modules. Take business requirements and relay it to the Dev team as it relates to SN. Responsible for managing the backlog for SN. Hundreds of ideas/requests to check in on the daily Must haves: Exp with ITSM, Incident, change, problem modules. At least 2 modules. Exp in platform development would be nice to have. BA on the platform dev team. Interview with Julia followed by a panel interview.
