Working experience on storages like NetApp, NAS, SAN etc. Experience in NetApp NFS management. Working experience in Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022 Administration with installation, maintenance and troubleshooting skills. High level of technical skills in Server based Computing Windows (Client/Server), Scripting, Distributed File Share Services, NetApp, AD, O365, CIFS and SMB file shares. Working experience with network protocols and services including TCP/IP, DHCP and DNS. Responsible for the design, implementation, support, and upgrade of core DFS Windows server infrastructure in the corporate environment (Active Directory, DNS, Certificate Services, AD FS, Storage). Maintaining server architecture security and creating system backups. Develop and maintain project documentation, including technical specifications, test plans, and user manuals. Liaise with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide regular project updates. Excellent customer service/focus skills. Strong understanding of business requirements and communication skills.
