Title: SAP Ariba Functional Analyst Location: Hybrid Kansas City, MO Duration:6+Months MOI: Phone/Skype VISA: No H1B/CPT =======JOB DESCRIPTION =========== The SAP Ariba Functional Analyst plays a crucial role in optimizing the Supply Chain and Procurement processes by leveraging SAP Ariba solutions and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems such as SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA. Key responsibilities include understanding current IS applications, collaborating with business clients to gather requirements, designing and implementing sustainable solutions, and providing deep domain knowledge in Supply Chain and Procurement. Responsibilities: Develop a comprehensive understanding of current IS applications at CLIENT for Supply Chain and Procurement. Maintain and support existing CLIENT applications including SAP ECC 6.0, SAP Ariba Suite, and S/4HANA. Collaborate with business clients to understand requirements and propose recommendations for improvement. Design and implement sustainable solutions and enhancements aligned with best business practices and IS architectural standards. Provide expert domain knowledge in Supply Chain and Procurement, understanding end-to-end business processes and integration points for Source-to-Pay. Act as a liaison between technical, functional, architecture, and business teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment. Work closely with Information Systems (IS) PMO and Change Management teams to configure, test, and document system improvements in accordance with project delivery standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Commerce/Business Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science. Minimum of 5 years' experience in SAP operations support and project delivery. At least 4 years' experience in configuring, implementing, and maintaining SAP Ariba solutions, covering areas such as Sourcing, Supplier Lifecycle Performance, Contracts, and Invoice Management. Ideally, 2 or more full project implementation lifecycles with SAP technology. Strong implementation and support experience in SAP Materials Management (Source-to-Pay, Inventory Management) and integration with other SAP modules (PM, PP, QM, FICO, Basis, and Security). Hands-on experience as an Ariba Customer Administrator, with strong techno-functional expertise in ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA. Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies, including ASAP and Agile approaches. Some technical experience in ABAP programming/debugging, LSMW, Fiori development, and reporting tools like SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is preferred.
