Job title: Helpdesk Service Delivery Associate Duration- 6 Months+ Location: Houston, TX ( Onsite ) Local only Interview: Phone/ Skype Job Duties & Responsibilities Deliver world-class customer service and a positive support experience to office and field personnel Provide support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices Image and deploy computers and laptops Troubleshoot typical office environment desktop applications (Office 365, web browsers, printing, scanning, email) Familiar with the support, configuration, troubleshooting and management (via MDM) of mobile devices Manage moderate projects, such as system migrations or MDM deployments Create and update technical documentation as required Team-oriented and able to operate with minimal supervision Proven analytical and problem-solving skills Occasional travel to branch office locations may be required All other duties as assigned Job Qualifications Education: Associate degree or equivalent experience Other IT certifications preferred Experience: Five years of experience in a customer facing, IT support role working with computers and troubleshooting user issues Windows 10 support and troubleshooting Installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting the Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications Knowledge of Construction Applications (AutoDesk, BlueBeam, etc.) a plus Skills: Superior written and verbal communication skills to employees at all levels Experience in a rapid-paced, time-sensitive, high-quality environment Excellent technical writing, presentation, and documentation skills Must have excellent team and collaboration skills Attention to detail and follow-through Ability to work with minimal supervision Familiarity with ITIL best practices Bilingual (English/Spanish) mandatory Working Conditions Able to work a varied schedule to complete projects and meet deadlines in response to changing demands. Able to work overtime (scheduled and/or unscheduled, nights and/or weekends) as needed or required to meet established deadlines. Able to work in fast paced environment with high daily pressure to meet deadlines.
