JD: Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced IT Product Owner with expertise in Oracle ERP, specifically in Finance, Supply Chain, and HR modules. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the development and enhancement of our Oracle ERP system to meet the needs of our finance, supply chain, and HR departments. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to define requirements, prioritize features, and drive the successful delivery of projects. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 5-7+ years of experience in IT product management or related roles, with a focus on Oracle ERP systems. Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP modules, particularly in Finance, Supply Chain, and HR. Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and HR processes and best practices. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with a solid understanding of Agile principles and methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively. Relevant certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Oracle ERP Cloud certifications are desirable.
