Looking On-site || Associate Product Manager with Dynamics 365 CRM|| San Jose, CA (onsite) Role name: Associate Product Manager Role Description: Partner with business stakeholders to understand the current state process around Marketing & Sales at Adobe and then build the future state on a target solution CRM Dynamics, with a lens to providing customer value, by improving the customers experience on Dynamics and the day-to-day productivity of the sellers. Lead and facilitate process improvements sessions with internal customers. Drive and influence the product vision, collaborate with architecture, design and engineering teams to deliver the roadmap Responsible for communicating/aligning with internal customers and technical teams on product vision and roadmap. Strategically align with other Product Managers on the delivery of interdependent solutions and initiatives Lead the planning, documentation, and delivery of run-the-business requirements and large technology initiatives Leads User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business testers, and works with the Quality Engineer to define acceptance tests for features Manage and prioritize product backlog, collecting defects and enhancement requests, and Support Release Planning, scheduling backlog items into regular releases aligned to business priority Competencies: Digital : EAS - TCS Transformation Delivery Method for SFDC, Digital : Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Experience (Years): 10 & Above Essential Skills: Technical Understanding of Marketing and Sales in CRM Technologies (Microsoft Dynamics): The candidate must have a strong technical background in the marketing and sales domain within relevant CRM technologies such as Microsoft Dynamics, as the role involves working closely with these technologies. Product Management Experience with Global Large-Scale Technology Solutions: The candidate should have at least 4 years of product management experience, including launching global large-scale technology solutions and managing change effectively. Experience with Agile Development Methodologies: Solid experience with Scrum or similar Agile development methodologies is essential, as the role involves leading planning, testing, and execution of business requirements in a fast-paced environment. Desirable Skills: Hands-On Knowledge of Third-Party Seller Applications: Experience with other third-party seller applications such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn is preferred, as the role will involve working closely with these technologies alongside Microsoft Dynamics CRM.Strong People Skills and Conflict Resolution: Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to motivate and influence people without authority, are highly desirable. The ability to effectively resolve conflicts and facilitate successful resolution of issues within teams is also preferred.Experience in Working with CRM Solutions: While not explicitly listed as a must-have, experience in working with CRM solutions is highly desirable, especially if it includes designing and delivering technology solutions that enhance customer experiences and productivity for sellers.
