Extensive experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementations, upgrades, and migrations is essential. Education: bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degrees and professional certifications in relevant areas (e.g., SAP S/4 HANA, TOGAF, ITIL) are highly desirable. Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of the aerospace industry, including engineering fundamentals, processes, standards, and regulatory requirements. Technical Skills: Profound knowledge of SAP ECC/S4 HANA suite of products, cross functional integration points, and experience in a heavily customized environment. Strong technical skills in areas such as SAP Fiori UX, BTP, Datasphere, Ariba, IBP and SAP Master Data Governance Stay abreast of emerging technologies and market trends, continuously enhancing expertise and relevance. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage high performing teams, engage with senior executives and stakeholders, and drive strategic initiatives. Inspire and motivate team members towards shared goals, demonstrating strong leadership skills. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
