Support of system upgrades in the Maximo product as well as add-ons and interacting with IBM Maximo product team. Troubleshoot and Resolve application, interface, workflow, reporting and data integrity issues. Continuously collaborate with internal Maximo Development teams. Provide other system support or perform other duties as may be required. Migration of developed components from development to higher environments. Work on the release management planning and share with the required stake holders. Provide guidance to technical team to ensure continuity of development during migration process. Validate environment completeness before client delivery. Provide guidance to client leadership, stakeholders, and SMEs at environment management level. Possess strong knowledge on Release, environment, stake holders management. Experience in On-premise / Cloud.
