The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining BPM solutions using Java technologies. Key Responsibilities: Designing, developing, and implementing BPM solutions using Java technologies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design efficient BPM workflows. Developing custom components and integrations to extend BPM platforms. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in BPM implementations. Optimizing BPM solutions for performance and scalability. Providing technical guidance and support to junior developers. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in Java development, with a strong understanding of BPM concepts. Experience with BPM tools such as Camunda, Activiti, or jBPM. Proficiency in web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
