| Role: Project Scrum Master with Azure Location: Remote Visa: USC Only Experience: 15 Years Rate $55 on C2C Description: The Contract Project Scrum Master is responsible for employing Agile project methodologies, empowering the team, and clearing any potential roadblocks, paving the way for the project success and ensuring quality deliverables, to be delivered on time and within budget. The Scrum Master leads the team through the execution of technology-focused projects from conception through delivery, including successful project definition, planning, budgeting, time estimating and scheduling, project staff planning and resource leveling, organizing, and leading high performance project teams, and delivery of projects within assigned organization. This role manages all factors that govern project success to ensure high quality delivery within time, cost, and quality parameters. This role influences stakeholders and resource managers to follow standard project management practices and achieve project goals. What youll be doing: Coordinating the activities of project teams (internal and external resources) Identifying, monitoring, and managing risks and mitigation plans Managing change management plan, including project engagement and communication Managing the project scope (content, cost, planning) & interdependencies Supporting the Product/Workstream Owner on refining the product backlog, enabling longer-term work visibility for reporting to delivery, and management teams Identifying and managing the risks associated with projects to achieve project success Creating, maintaining, and delivering on project and work stream plans, revising as appropriate to meet changing understanding and needs Fostering teamwork, building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and project information Excellent communication skills, with experience in influencing, listening actively, and negotiating within a team environment Competency in applying knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization goals Experience managing multiple product teams and coordinating work across multiple teams and releases Positive leadership skills, with experience in mentoring a team, problem solving and conflict resolution abilities Collaborative mindset, with an ability to empathize with colleagues and establish relationships Thrive in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment Broad experience of working in a variety of Agile environments of different maturities Ability to influence and lead behavior change Self-motivated, highly organized, able to work in a collaborative team environment What were looking for: Minimum of 15 years in IT specific project management and scrum, is a must Experience with Agile and Scrum team projects Experience in a MS Azure DevOps environment Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills Familiarity with software development Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts such as the Denition of Done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog renement Strong knowledge of other Agile frameworks Experienced in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Experience in Smartsheet experience a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work with large and diverse teams as well as independently Ability to work under pressure Bonus Points: PMP certification Education: Bachelor degree Regards, Adarsh Technical Recruiter 1 Point System L: linkedin.com/in/adarsh-jaiswal-065a90224 E : [email protected] | W : www.1pointsys.com -- Keywords: information technology microsoft Project Scrum Master||Remote||USC Only||15 years||55 on C2C [email protected] |
