Location: Chandler, AZ-Onsite Duration: Contract Job Description: Requirements for the Role: - Bachelors degree in business, Finance, Economics, or an MBA/related field. - A minimum of 6 years of experience in business analysis or a related field. - 5+ years of working experience in the auto lending industry, specifically in the areas of originations, servicing, payments, collections, and quality assurance. - Strong knowledge of auto lending products, industry regulations, and compliance requirements. - Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. - Proficiency in data analysis, using tools such as SQL, Excel, and statistical analysis software. - Experience in developing and implementing process improvements and operational efficiencies. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders at various levels. - Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Knowledge of relevant software systems and tools used in auto lending operations is preferred.
