Project Duration:12 months + Job Description: This individual will conduct support engineering work, support local test drives, and issue triaging. Skills: Audiobackground andAutomotiveexperienceSystems Engineer with Development background in Audio Domain Years of Experience:(2-5 years) Soft Skills:Self-motivated, accountable for own tasks, and comfortable working with a global team based in Japan and other regions. Job Responsibilities(First 4 bullet points are critical) Enhance audio function and featuresbased on customer feedback. To analyze current audio functionality and provide a proposal or recommendations. Manage equipment setup, vehicle testing, and performance testing. Execute initialtriageand follow-up activities for any detected or customer-reported issues. Responsible for specifications review, end-to-end test coverage analysis, and enhancements test planning, execution, and reporting defect escalation to appropriate teams. Create test cases from scratch or modify existing test cases for additional requirements. Perform life-cycle tests, end-to-end tests, and final confirmation tests. Conduct duties in an agile work environment. Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in leading and mentoring teams. 1 3 ofautomotive development and systems engineeringrelevant work OPTIONALbut a plus >> 1 - 3 years of experience in quality assurance of automotive head units with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Apps, Hands-Free Calls, and Navigation functions. Experience withagileandwaterfalldevelopment cycles. Experience working in a dynamic environment, including multiple parties such as team members, business partners, and external suppliers. Experience in scripting (including, but not limited to, JavaScript, Python, and LabView) and testing is a plus.
