Incident and Change Job Description/ Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of IT Asset Management strategies using ServiceNow. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ITAM with other business processes. Analyze and improve existing ITAM processes for enhanced efficiency and accuracy. Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow ITAM module, ensuring best practices are followed. Manage stakeholder expectations through clear and consistent communication. Oversee the training and development of team members on ITAM principles and ServiceNow functionalities. Conduct regular audits of IT assets to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies. Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and report on ITAM performance metrics. Identify opportunities for cost savings and risk mitigation in asset management. Ensure documentation of ITAM processes and procedures is up to date and accessible. Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in ITAM and ServiceNow. Qualifications- Proven experience in ServiceNow ITAM is mandatory. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail. Experience in data analysis and reporting is highly desirable. Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and certification is a plus. A team player with a track record of leading successful projects.
