Cross-train Helpdesk analyst with updated procedures and troubleshooting guidelines. Collects information about a problem and leads the user through diagnostic procedures to determine the source of error. Handles problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up for routine user problems, referring more complex issues to the supervisor or technical staff.
