But they need experience supporting K-12 school systems (that basically means non university so HS or Junior high) so send if they worked for a non college 6-12 months (the first 4-6 weeks will be onsite in Springfield, MO (expenses paid - approx 4 days a week onsite) then after that will be hybrid Same thing if a USC send name snippet off passport (not if name is like Mike or Bob) for GC then also send visas from 2019 or before Job Description We are looking for a SME to fill this role for a project with Springfield Public Schools District. Oracle Cloud Fusion Functional/Technical HCM SME Requirements (must have!) K-12 experience Oracle Cloud Fusion Must be willing to be onsite in Springfield, MO for 4-6 weeks (expenses paid) then hybrid until approx. January 2025 with chance of extension (for post production support) Will be the QA oversight team over the systems integrator (systems integrator TBD) so they need to have the skills to know about the product (Oracle Cloud Fusion) and be able to police the SI and their implementation recommendations and approach. Ability to articulate thoughts and communicate with all stakeholders. Written and verbal communication. Able to express how things work and alternative solutions Consultative in nature.
