Title : C++ Developer Location : Orlando Fl onsite Duration : 6 months Visa : No H1b/CPT Job Description We are seeking a C++ Developer with a focus on modeling and simulation. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing software solutions, as well as supporting testing and installation based on project requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software development principles and be able to contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities: Apply basic knowledge of software development principles to complete assignments. Contribute to the design and development of software products and applications. Support software testing to ensure it meets design criteria. Manage multiple tasks and demands in a fast-paced environment. Adhere to cost targets set during the design phase. Document technical processes and software development results. Provide regular status reports on project tasks and schedules. Collaborate effectively within a software development team. Implement and maintain configuration management processes. Manage and maintain timelines for task completion. Travel domestically and internationally to support software installation, testing, and client engagements. Utilize and support established processes and procedures to meet program objectives. Deliver exceptional support during customer interactions. Tasks: Design, modify, develop, test, and implement software applications. Collaborate with team members on software development projects. Develop and support software test criteria to verify functionality and performance. Proficient in C++: Deep understanding of C++ programming including templates, pointers, and memory management. Experience with Simulation Software: Proven experience in developing simulation models or related software. Understanding of physics-based simulations, real-time systems, or similar technologies. Software Development Best Practices: Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum. Proficiency in using version control systems like Git. Performance Optimization: Experience with performance optimization in C++. Ability to diagnose and optimize CPU and memory usage. Multithreading and Concurrency: Understanding of multithreading and concurrent programming techniques in C++ to ensure performance and data integrity. Participate in the full testing life cycle, including test review, analysis, witnessing, and verification. Analyze system specifications to support software development. Support the development of software design documentation. Engage in installation efforts that require travel both within the country and internationally.
