"A Little About This Gig" Client is looking for a qualified Epicor Process Engineer for a local top - tier manufacturer of engineered components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and processes. Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Design and implement solutions using Epicor software to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency. Develop and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and system configurations. Provide training and support to end-users on Epicor functionality and best practices. Work closely with IT teams to ensure system configurations align with business needs and objectives. Stay updated on the latest Epicor features, enhancements, and best practices to drive continuous improvement. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed. Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and implementations as required. The Ideal Candidate Ideal experience needed for The Process Engineer: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Epicor software in a process engineering or similar role. Strong understanding of business processes and workflows. Proficiency in configuring and customizing Epicor modules to meet business requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across departments and levels of the organization. Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
