Job Summary: As an IBM Maximo AWM Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for owning the overall functional design and configuration of IBM Maximo Asset Work Management (AWM) application for our clients. You will identify appropriate application configurations based on customer needs, determine efficient solution architectures for integration with boundary systems, and define overall data management strategies. Your expertise in IBM Maximo AWM functionality and configurations will be crucial in conducting design workshops, mapping client requirements to solutions, and providing guidance to the technical team. (Contract) Role: - IBM Maximo AWM Functional Consultant Location: Houston, TX Client is TCS Technical/Functional Skills Responsibilities: Own overall functional design and configuration of IBM Maximo AWM application. Identify appropriate application configurations based on customer needs. Determine efficient solution architecture for integration with boundary systems. Define overall data management strategy and approach. Conduct design workshops to obtain client requirements and map requirements to solutions. Design EAM solutions tailored to client needs for work, asset, and inventory management. Provide guidance to the technical team to ensure continuity between design and development. Validate technical solutions to ensure completeness before client delivery. Provide guidance to client leadership, stakeholders, and SMEs at both strategic and tactical levels. Develop various configurations and data loaders as per business requirements. Possess strong knowledge of work management, asset management, and inventory management practices and associated Maximo modules. Experience in both on-premise and cloud environments. Basic Requirements: Full-scale IBM Maximo AWM implementation experience. Clear understanding of IBM Maximo AWM functionality and configurations. Experience conducting design workshops and mapping client requirements. Strong knowledge of work management, asset management, and inventory management practices. Experience in both on-premise and cloud environments.
